Located in the heart of San Diego County, Ramona is an unincorporated rural town situated at the foot of two beautiful valley basins - the Santa Maria and the San Vicente. It is easy to see why early this pristine valley was settled in, farmed and developed. Ramona is bordered by the cities and towns of Santa Ysabel, Lakeside, Escondido, and Poway.
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Since 1908, the Ramona Chamber of Commerce businesses have been serving our town. For over 100 years, we have been providing events for our community and guests: The Annual Community Awards, Installation Dinner, Ramona Open Studios Tour, Motorcycle Events, Ramona Country Fair, Taste of Ramona, Merchants Safe Trick or Treat and the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. In 1922, the Chamber was known as “The Ramona Improvement Society”.
